The B.C. Lions have signed American offensive lineman Kenny Thomas to the practice roster, the team announced on Tuesday.

The six-foot-six, 328-pound blocker played in 41 games over four seasons at Louisville (2015-18) where he helped protect future NFL MVP Lamar Jackson. He became a full-time starter at guard during his junior season in 2017.

Thomas went unselected in the 2019 NFL Draft before attending rookie minicamp with the Chicago Bears. He spent the past two seasons with the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League, suiting up in 24 games.
