The Edmonton Elks have acquired Canadian receiver Llevi Noel and an eighth-round pick in the 2023 CFL Draft from the Ottawa Redblacks in exchange for a seventh-round pick in the 2023 CFL Draft.

The six-year veteran signed with the Redblacks in February 2022 following a five-year stint with his hometown Toronto Argonauts. He dressed for six games this season, though he failed to record any statistics.

Noel has made 82 career receptions for 869 yards and touchdowns. He has also made an impact on special teams in past seasons, recording 21 special teams tackles as a member of the Argos in 2019.
