The Toronto Argonauts have released Canadian offensive lineman Jonathan Zamora.

The native of Mississauga, Ont. was selected by the Calgary Stampeders in the third round of the 2020 CFL Draft out of St. FX. He spent most of the 2021 season on Calgary’s practice roster but was claimed by Toronto late in the year and dressed for two regular season games, starting one at centre. He also dressed for the East Final in a depth role.

The six-foot-three, 312-pound blocker dressed for Toronto’s first two games of the 2022 regular season. He previously attended Canada Prep Academy and was an Atlantic University Sport all-star with the X-Men in 2019.
