The fresh duds will be worn twice by the team next year, using the Bombers’ classic ‘W’ logo as the focus of a single tone blue uniform. A pair of vibrant gold stripes on the shoulders and pant legs, as well as outlining the logo, serves as the only flash of colour for a look fitting of back-to-back Grey Cup champions.
The helmet remains much the same, though the single blue stripe has been replaced by a blue and white tri-stripe.
Winnipeg becomes the second CFL team in as many days to roll out a fresh look, after the Montreal Alouettes announced an updated helmet.
