The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have re-signed American receiver Carlton Agudosi.

Agudosi spent the 2021 CFL season on the Bombers practice roster. The six-foot-six, 220-pound pass catcher was originally signed in April last year.

Agudosi signed as an undrafted NFL free agent with the Arizona Cardinals in 2017, spending the season there before signing with Philadelphia in 2019.

He played 45 games in his NCAA career at Rutgers University, recording 35 receptions for 513 yards and two touchdowns. Prior to signing with Winnipeg, he was with the XFL’s St. Louis BattleHawks.

Agudosi is joining the defending champion Blue Bombers ([metabet_core_dynamic_odds market=”fbb/cfl_winner” query=”fbb/winnipeg_blue_bombers” site_id=”3downnation”] to win Grey Cup) in time for the franchise’s run at a third consecutive championship. Anyone placing Grey Cup futures at sportsbooks in Ontario will find Winnipeg at the top of the odds board.
