The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed American linebacker Malik Clements.
The six-foot, 230-pound Clements appeared in seven games with the Edmonton Elks in 2021, his rookie CFL season, recording 11 defensive tackles and two special teams tackles. He was released by the green and gold in February.
The 25-year-old Clements played NCAA football at the University of Cincinnati, racking up 187 total tackles, nine for loss, two sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception.
