The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have signed American receiver Tony Brown.
The 24-year-old most recently spent time with the NFL’s Washington Football Team (2020-21) and on the practice squad with the New York Giants and Cleveland Browns (2020).
The six-foot-one, 195-pound native of La Mirada, Calif. played 22 games over two seasons at the University of Colorado (2018-19) and made 83 receptions for 980 yards and five touchdown receptions.
Brown began his collegiate career at Texas Tech University, where he started as a true freshman and played 24 games over two seasons (2015-16) before transferring to Colorado.
