The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have activated receiver Bralon Addison from the six-game injured list prior to the East Semi-Final match-up against the Montreal Alouettes.

He is now eligible to practice with the team after recovering from a hamstring injury suffered against the Ottawa Redblacks in Week 12.

Addison didn’t make his 2021 debut until Week 9 due to a leg injury, missing the team’s first seven games. He made an impact with the Ticats in just nine quarters of work, making 18 receptions on 23 targets for 231 yards.

The versatile playmaker rose to stardom with the Tiger-Cats in 2019, recording 95 receptions for 1,236 yards and seven touchdowns. He also carried the ball 36 times for 218 yards and a score.

Addison was released following his breakout CFL season to pursue opportunities south of the border and signed with the Minnesota Vikings. He was released by the team in August 2020 and remained a free agent until December when he inked a two-year contract with Hamilton.
