The Buffalo Bills have released former CFL all-star receiver Duke Williams.
Williams had been in training camp with the team after signing a futures contract in January. He was waived with an injury designation.
The 28-year-old dressed for one game in 2020 while the spending the rest of the year on the Bills practice squad.

The six-foot-three, 225-pound target made 12 catches for 166 yards and one touchdown — a game-winning TD in his NFL debut – in four games during the 2019 season.
Williams was moved to active roster for Buffalo’s Super Wild Card Weekend match-up against the Indianapolis Colts, although he did not dress for the game.
During his first camp with Buffalo, Williams grabbed the attention of franchise quarterback Josh Allen. He earned over $690,000 while playing with the Bills.
