Edmonton Elks’ receiver Shai Ross performed an insane gymnastics stunt for USA TODAY in a viral video.

The Winnipeg native takes a running start at a glass, performs a mid-air flip over it, and dunks an Oreo into the milk. It’s an insane feat of athleticism that is rarely associated with snacking on cookies.

Ross was a fifth-round pick in the 2019 CFL Draft out of the University of Manitoba. He appeared in five games in his rookie season with Edmonton, recording three returns for 68 yards.
