It looks like the B.C. Lions could be parting ways with star receiver Bryan Burnham.
The 30-year-old has been a member of the team since he signed his first CFL contract in 2014, but tweeted this cryptic message on Monday morning.

Burnham is a pending free agent and he and the Lions are still far apart on a contract extension.
“I reported last week, @RealBBurnham and #BCLions aren’t close to a new deal,” tweeted TSN insider Farhan Lalji. “He’s not asking for an unreasonable amount either. Doesn’t look like much has changed.”
The six-foot-two, 210-pound target has been named a CFL all-star in each of the past three seasons. He had the best season of his career in 2019, making 100 receptions for 1,492 yards and eleven touchdowns.
Burnham has gained popularity across the country for his ability to make jaw-dropping receptions.
CFL free agency is set to get underway at noon ET on February 9. The receiver group could be extremely deep with Burnham, Eric Rogers, and Greg Ellingson all potentially looking for new teams.
