According to Sportsnet’s Arash Madani, the league will publish the 2021 schedule on Friday:

Plan is for CFL to release its 2021 schedule tomorrow. Sources tell me it’s “different” and “non-traditional” from previous seasons. It’s not a traditional balanced schedule. Teams won’t travel to every stadium across league. Expect two fewer games between East and West teams.

In recent years, the league has consistently put it out prior to Christmas. Commissioner Randy Ambrosie teased the schedule release during his state of the league address on Monday of Grey Cup Unite week.

CFL planning to release 2021 schedule ‘very soon’

“We’re planning on being in Hamilton. Certainly November is a long ways off, we know how much can happen in a year, a year this week to be in Hamilton for Grey Cup,” Ambrosie said.

The Ticats are currently scheduled to host the CFL title game on Sunday, November 21 at Tim Hortons Field.
