Riders legend Darian Durant ranks his top three current CFL quarterbacks

Saskatchewan Roughriders legend Darian Durant knows what it takes to be great at the game’s most important position: quarterback. 

Durant ranked his top three current CFL quarterbacks on The Rod Pedersen Show.

1) Bo Levi Mitchell, Calgary Stampeders

Durant analysis: “Number one I would have to go with Bo Levi. I just think his track record, there’s constant turnover with his personnel and he’s always able to step up and produce, I respect what he does with basically different receiving cores every year.”

2) Mike Reilly, B.C. Lions

Durant analysis: “Number two I would have to go with Mike Reilly, warrior, veteran, guy that I respect and he’s given the game so much, I still think he has a tonne left in the tank.” 

3) Cody Fajardo, Saskatchewan Roughriders

Durant analysis: “Three is the young up-and-comer Cody Fajardo. I like what I’m seeing from Cody, I think that he has a tremendous upside. The more and more I got a chance to study his game and some of the throws he makes, I really respect it and it’s not just because he’s a Rider. He really can go out there and play the game at a high level.”
