Former quarterback turned front office member, Travis Lulay has left the B.C. Lions franchise.
Travis Lulay is no longer a member of the #BCLions organization…I'm told the decision to leave the club was Lulay's…@TravisLulay thanks for being a stand up, honest, great guy! Always made time for the media, always kept it real…wish you the best of luck, you'll be missed.

Following hanging up the pads and stepping way from playing pro football, Lulay joined the organization’s corporate partnerships team for the 2019 season.
Lulay penned his retirement letter from playing in the CFL on 3DownNation and should he choose the coaching route there would be lots of suitors. He could step in and do a stellar job coaching quarterbacks while rising to offensive coordinator with head coach potential down the line.
The 36-year-old Lulay acts with professionalism all the time and commanded respect on the field. That leadership ability could make Lulay a dynamic add to any football team in his family business.
Bittersweet news that @TravisLulay has left the @BCLions organization. Back in Oregon where he will be a part of his family’s financial planning business. Gonna miss him in these parts. Just a pleasure to deal with as a player & post-career. The @CFL’s loss is Oregon’s gain!
