It’s safe to say that curling fever has taken over Manitoba.

Manitoba is currently home to the men’s and women’s national junior curling champions and the national women’s champions. The province has a shot at taking home another title this weekend with two teams still in contention for the Brier title.

All of this success seems to have caught the eye of Bombers’ all-star linebacker Adam Bighill who tried his hand at the sport on a trip to Gillam, Manitoba.

Bighill not only looked the part, his form wasn’t all that bad for his first-ever throw.

If he’s going to curl out of Manitoba, though, someone needs to teach him the “Manitoba tuck” and the famous “spin-o-rama.”
