Last Chance U star, DL Ronald Ollie signs with the Toronto Argos

The Toronto Argonauts have signed defensive lineman Ronald Ollie through the 2022 season.

Ollie was one of the stars of the hit Netflix reality show ‘Last Chance U’ during its first season. The six-foot-two, 292-pound Ollie started his collegiate career at East Mississippi Community College (2014-2015) where he was named All-State second team defence in 2015.

Ollie was signed by the Oakland Raiders in May of 2019 and spent time in training camp with the NFL club. The Mississippi native spent two seasons at Nicholls State (2016, 2018) where he tallied 74 tackles, 20 tackles for loss, seven sacks and two fumble recoveries in 22 games for the Colonels.
