According to a report by former Alouette and RDS colour commentator Matthieu Proulx, Montreal’s star running back will be out of the lineup Saturday against the Blue Bombers.
William Stanback ne sera pas du match face aux Blue Bombers demain à Winnipeg. Jeremiah Johnson obtient le départ comme porteur numéro un. #Alouettes

Translation, for our non-francophone audience, is that Stanback will not dress tomorrow and will be replaced by Jeremiah Johnson. Stanback will be placed on the one-game injured list with a minor injury.
This isn’t the first time that Stanback has missed a game for maintenance this season and, while the loss of the league’s third leading rusher will be a blow, the Alouettes figure to be in capable hands with the productive Johnson in his place.
