The Bills are off to a 3-1 start and are scheduled to meet the 2-2 Tennessee Titans tomorrow at 1:00 PM ET. John Brown is the team’s leading receiver with 23 receptions for 315 yards and one touchdown this season.
Williams recorded 1,579 receiving yards with the Eskimos a year ago, which earned him a new NFL opportunity. At 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds, Williams has an NFL frame.
