Edmonton quarterback Trevor Harris left their Week 13 contest against Calgary with an injury.

The Eskimos signal caller completed 3-of-5 passes for nine yards and one touchdown to Tevaun Smith. Backup QB Logan Kilgore ran the offence for the rest of the game. Harris leads the league in passing yards with 3,706. He has a sparkling 15-4 touchdown to interception ratio in his first season as an Eskimo.

The 32-year-old threw for a career-high 5,116 yards in 2018 with 22 touchdown passes against 11 interceptions and set a CFL record with six touchdown throws in the East Division final leading the Ottawa Redblacks to the Grey Cup. That earned Harris a two-year contract worth $1.1 million with the Eskimos during free agency.

Edmonton has a bye week to assess the status of Harris and decide how to proceed afterwards.
