The Ticats will be without their best offensive weapon for Thursday’s game at Mosaic Stadium.
Brandon Banks has been put on the one-game injured list by Hamilton, meaning he will not be eligible to play in Week 8. The 31-year-old has 42 receptions for 554 yards and three touchdowns this season, good for first in the CFL.
The Ticats are already without star quarterback Jeremiah Masoli who suffered a torn ACL in their Week 7 victory over the Blue Bombers.
Saskatchewan (3-3) will be facing a banged-up squad when Hamilton (5-1) comes to visit on Thursday night.
