Banks was fined for making unnecessary contact on an on-field official in Hamilton’s Week 5 win versus Calgary.

There’s reason for Banks to be upset about losing what is likely half a game check, the maximum fine allowed. He is making $82,500 in base salary for the 2019 season. That means Banks gets $4,583 per game and cut in half it is $2,291 out of his account.
If Banks files an appeal one only wonders how long it will take to be resolved. But based on the evidence Banks should be able to keep all of his game cheque in the bank.
