Winnipeg Blue Bombers national running back Brady Oliveira left Thursday’s game against the Edmonton Eskimos after suffering an unlucky lower body injury.
Oliveira got rolled up on in the second quarter.
Brady Oliveira is down favoring his right leg & the trainers immediately called for the cart. This looks serious. You just hope it's not an Achilles. Anything but the Achilles. #Esks #Bombers #CFL

The Bombers selected Oliveira in the second round, 14th overall during the 2019 CFL draft. The Winnipeg native rushed for 2,822 yards and 22 touchdowns with 25 catches for 1,296 yards in 42 games with the University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks.
He made the active roster coming out of training camp because of his special teams ability and offensive versatility.
