The B.C. Lions have signed Canadian linebacker Adam Konar.

Konar was released by the Edmonton Eskimos on Saturday, he was due a report and pass bonus. But it was more about Konar being asked to take a pay cut and answering no that led to his release.

The 25-year-old Vancouver native returns to the Left coast to play for his hometown Lions.
