Eskimos DB Johnny Adams retires

Edmonton Eskimos defensive back Johnny Adams has retired.

Adams had a contract which ran through the 2019 season, but injuries caught up to the 29-year-old. Through four CFL seasons, Adams made 159 tackles, 15 special teams stops, nine interceptions and one defensive touchdown.
