The B.C. Lions have signed quarterback Austin Apodaca.
The 25-year-old dressed in four games with the Montreal Alouettes last season as the third-string pivot.
Apodaca was cut by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers after training camp in 2017.
The Longmont, Colorado native played in 22 NCAA games with Washington State University and the University of New Mexico throwing for 1,543 yards, eight touchdowns against 10 interceptions while rushing 71 times for 245 yards and three touchdowns.
