Former CFL defensive lineman Dylan Wynn has chosen to sign with the Arizona Hotshots in the Alliance of American Football league over multiple CFL offers, per sources.
The 25-year-old made 30 tackles and two sacks for the Toronto Argonauts last season and 34 tackles with six sacks to help the Argos win the 2017 Grey Cup. Wynn was named an East Division all-star that year.
After going unselected in the 2015 NFL draft, Wynn signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Cleveland Browns, spending one season on the practice roster prior to be released in 2016 with an injury settlement.
Wynn is a young, athletic, tenacious, and physical interior defender who was coveted on the open CFL market.
