2. Nathaniel Behar, EDM
Age: 24
Starts in 2018: 18
Key stats: 27 receptions for 257 yards and one touchdown
Notes: Behar hasn’t yet lived up to the hype of his first-round draft status, but still very young and flashed potential last season.

3. George Johnson, MTL
Age: 25
Starts in 2018: 17
Key stats: Ten receptions for 147 yards and one touchdown.
Notes: Long and lean, if Johnson adds some bulk and tenacity he could improve.

Also available: Stephen Adekolu, MTL; Devon Bailey, SSK; Rob Bagg, SSK; Felix Faubert-Lussier, HAM; Samuel Giguere, EDM; Anthony Parker, B.C.; Joshua Stanford, MTL

INTERNATIONALS

1. Derel Walker, EDM
Age: 27
Starts in 2018: 11
Key stats: 51 receptions for 875 yards and eight touchdowns
Notes: If Walker is fully healthy from the knee injury sustained on Labour Day there is no question the dynamic pass catcher is the best target available.

2. Chris Matthews, CGY
Age: 29
Starts in 2018: 4
Key stats: 12 receptions for 252 yards and one touchdown
Notes: One of the most physical receivers in the league who made a big impact late in the season after joining the Stampeders. Still has NFL aspirations.

3. Naaman Roosevelt, SSK
Age: 31
Starts in 2018: 14
Key stats: 48 receptions for 570 yards and four touchdowns
Notes: Lack of creativity above all else in Saskatchewan’s offence led to Roosevelt’s numbers declining in 2018. Roosevelt is still more than capable of being a go-to receiver within a CFL offence.

4. Manny Arceneaux, B.C.
Age: 31
Starts in 2018: 9
Key stats: 32 receptions for 553 yards and one touchdown
Notes: Arceneaux was on 1,000-yard trajectory prior to a season-ending ACL setback. How quickly the north of 30-year-old can come back from the knee injury will be a major question for interested teams.

5. Chris Williams, HAM
Age: 31
Starts in 2018: 8
Key stats: 25 receptions for 401 yards and one touchdown
Notes: Started to regain his old form last season with some impressive deep catches, but a torn Achilles suffered in August could limit his availability and production in 2019.

6. Terrence Toliver, HAM
Age: 30
Starts in 2018: 12
Key stats: 32 receptions for 456 yards and one touchdown
Notes: Injuries are starting to add up for this veteran, but there aren’t many 6-foot-5 receivers with hands like Toliver’s.

7. Weston Dressler, WPG
Age: 33
Starts in 2018: 13
Key stats: 45 receptions for 535 yards and five touchdowns
Notes: Can still be dynamic at times, but age and injuries are starting to catch-up with the future hall of famer.

8. Adarius Bowman, MTL
Age: 33
Starts in 2018: 17
Key stats: 39 receptions for 467 yards and one touchdown
Notes: If Bowman can bounce back from less than stellar 2018, he could provide some value.

Also available: Juron Criner, EDM; Tyler Davis, B.C.; TJ Graham, MTL; Bakari Grant, CGY; Vidal Hazelton, EDM; WPG; Marquay McDaniel, HAM; Dominique Rhymes, OTT; Jamill Smith, EDM; Terrell Sinkfield, HAM; Myles Whyte, TOR
