Roosevelt is the team’s leading receiver with 570 yards and second on the team in catches with 48.
Shaw was a 1,000-yard receiver with Toronto in 2016 but played in only three games for the Redblacks during an injured-plagued 2017, making six catches for 66 yards. He was released in April and signed to the Riders’ practice roster on Aug. 22.
The game in Montreal is a key one for the Riders as they try and close the gap on first place Calgary while also trying to secure a home playoff date in the tight West Divison.
