Lulay was injured on the team’s first offensive series against Montreal in Week 14 after he was hit by veteran Alouettes’ defensive end, John Bowman. The 34-year-old lay on the turf in obvious discomfort before leaving the field with his left arm immobilized by a member of the training staff.
The veteran quarterback said he could do a shoulder rehab in his sleep. Well, it appears he only needed a handful of sleeps for it to heal.
Leos head coach Wally Buono believed Lulay would be back in 2018 and that would appear to be true. Seems like just a matter of when Lulay returns.
