After undergoing concussion protocol, Travis Lulay back leading Lions offence at practice

Lulay was back under centre Monday taking snaps from Peter Godber, a 2018 third-round draft pick, after starting centre Cody Husband suffered a broken fibula Friday night and is currently on the six-game injured list.
He left the Lions 26-14 win against Ottawa after taking being sandwiched between hits from Redblacks defenders Rico Murray and J.R. Taval.

There was no flag on the play. And the CFL admitted Monday the league blew the call. The league continues to review the hit for possible supplemental discipline.
The club said the 34-year-old underwent concussion protocol and didn’t return to the game. But Lulay being active at practice would indicate he’s passed head injury tests and fit to return to the football field.
Lulay has thrown 1.804 yards, eight touchdowns and four interceptions in seven games this season turning around the B.C. offence when he took over starting quarterback duties in Week 5. The Lions are 3-4 with Lulay at the helm compared to 1-2 when Jon Jennings was the starter.
