Bombers first round pick Geoff Gray released by Browns

The Cleveland Browns have released Winnipeg Blue Bombers first-round pick Geoff Gray.

Gray played in three games with the Browns last season and has spent time with the Packers and Jets.

Gray, a product of the University of Manitoba, was selected eighth overall by his hometown Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the 2017 CFL draft.
