The Toronto Argonauts have acquired linebacker/defensive lineman Eric Striker from the Saskatchewan Roughriders for a neg list player.
Striker played in one game in Week 1 against the Argos making two tackles for the Riders in 2018.
He started 39 games for the University of Oklahoma making 191 tackles, 45 tackles for loss, 22.5 sacks, 11 knockdowns, four fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles and one interception.

After leaving the Sooners, Striker went unselected in the 2016 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills signed him as an undrafted free agent, but he was released among the final training cuts.
At 5-foot-11, 230 pounds, Striker could be a linebacker or defensive end in the CFL.
