Bridge started Saskatchewan’s 23-15 loss to the Montreal Alouettes on Saturday night at Mosaic Stadium, but he was pulled after just one half, after completing 8-of-18 passes for 111 yards while being intercepted two times as the Riders trailed 13-3 at halftime. Rookie CFL pivot David Watford played the final two quarters.
“Bridge is going to start and we’ll come in with Watford – both will more than likely play,” head coach Chris Jones said for when the Riders take the field against Hamilton on Thursday in Regina.
