Canadian receiver Mark Chapman was not offered a contract by the New York Giants after attending the team’s rookie mini-camp last weekend.
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats selected Chapman after trading up for the first overall choice in the 2018 CFL draft. By all accounts, Chapman showed well in NYC.
The @Ticats are getting a good one in Mark Chapman; he’s been having a strong practice today at #GiantsCamp
