It wasn’t a collision, I was watching the combine when it happened and the whole collision piece was the result of an obvious medical issue. Could have been a heart attack or stroke or simply dehydration or exhaustion. At any rate it was troubling and concerning to watch this unfold in front of a crowd of people including many children. And yes we should all have compassion for our fellow man in these situations. We hope he’s ok and so should everyone instead of taking shots and jabs.

In reply to RFD. Well-said RFD! Only caught the tail end of the 40 yd but those watching the whole thing might well have been wondering what occurred. Not to mention that those who do the filming are integral to the process. GMs coaches and scouts depend on that film to help them determine their interest in any particular player. He's a member of the Bombers staff and part of the football "family". I do hope that Anderson recovers quickly from his fall.

Yes, it’s called actual reporting on the news. There was a delay and the on air people were filling, and then they told us there had been a medial issue, but they didn’t tell us what had happened, and at the time the on air people probably didn’t know. This is an actual news article telling us what happened. I know, I know, in today’s tabloid an fake news world – “the Eagles are interested in Duron Carter as a DB!” – it’s shocking to think that someone would be so bold as to do an actual news article, but here you have it. Real news!

Let’s hope this is not a serious medical issue.

Those decrying this post on this issue need to give their heads a wake up call.

To ignore an injury or medical situation just because he’s ‘only’ a video coordinator would suggest something the CFL and its teams are not – elitists when it comes to the team staff members.
