He has nothing to do with the CFL beyond being on a team’s negotiation list, and I don’t see articles about other players who are only on negotiation lists.

Thank you for this insight. Before that I was thinking… come on Hamilton, just sign him and pay him. Let’s lock him down for 2 seasons before some NFL team signs him to their roster.
