Another good thing about Mike Moore is his documentaty movies. Bowling for Columbine, Roger & Me and Fahrenheit 9/11 are all classics. Between film making and chasing down Bo Levi Mitchell, this guy is clearly a multi talented individual.

This is a good add. In 5 games last year he had 2 sacks, 2 tackles for loss & 6 pressures. He also can play DE & DT. With extending Bowers, & with Sewell & newly acquired Ceresna on board they are in very good shape at DT. I have to say I’m very impressed with what Sunderland has done. He had more free agents than anyone to get signed & only lost 5 to other CFL clubs. Only 1 he would have liked to have kept & I suspect that was Figueroa. Cummings was gone as soon as the trade of Willis for Ceresna was made. He’s done a good job & concentrated on keeping the key pieces in place & got younger.

Good to see Sunderland signing several players for 2-year extensions – I was worried all players would only sign 1-year deals with the new CBA looking to take effect after this season.
