I can’t speak for Toronto’s or Montreal’s problems, but BC’s attendance was really hurt when the rule changes resulted in four hour games (some of which are still in place). It doesn’t help that we have an absentee owner holding on in the hopes of tasting an expansion fee from Halifax!
When Braley finally sells and some of the CFL’s poor decisions in the past are fixed BC will be fine.
I’m modest enough to admit even I wouldn’t go see a game as long as there are still challenges. Otherwise, someone might as well call the police and tell them there is a hostage situation going on over at BC place!

I think 99% of Panthers and Lightning fans are vacationing Canadians. So they won’t need to fly up, just stay home.
