Henoc appears to have a high regard for money.
Montreal cut him rather than pay him, Popp then moved to Tyranna, Sask cut him rather than pay him, Bombers, to my knowledge, don’t play that way.
Perhaps this guy realizes that being promised a payment is a lot different than actually being paid.
Besides, this WBBFC offers a far greater chance of semi/final/grey can loot than certainly Montreal does.
He’ll sign with The Blew.

Couldn’t agree more – with fewer Canadians playing the game and the best Canadians in High School recruited to the NCAA, it seems a no-brainer that the ratio must be reduced.
Can you imagine if Halifax was awarded a team? they would have to come up with a lot more Canadians to plug the rosters and fill that ratio.

So O’shea like the “ratio flexibility” that Muamba brings.
What about REDUCING the Canadian ratio significantly that would give all teams “ration flexibility”
Canadian would get a chance to prove themselves and the best ones stay.
