Duron Carter tells Eskimos fan if he wears his Riders jersey he’ll donate $1,000

Noted Eskimos fan Joe Balaneski is raising money for children with life-threatening illnesses and Duron Carter wants to help.

Balaneski clearly made comments about Carter on Monday, but he owned up to them.
