The CFL will release 10 names from each team’s negotiation list on Tuesday at 3 p.m. EST.
Following the league meetings in January, the CFL announced each franchise would make public 10 names from their neg lists twice a year, once in February and the other in December.
The 45-man lists consist mostly of American players from U.S. pro and college ranks and gives CFL teams their exclusive rights. The first team to submit a name has them added to their list.
While some big names have been made public – see Manziel, Johnny – neg lists have long been secret but that changed under commissioner Randy Ambrosie.
