Harty had 26 catches for 226 yards and one TD in 2017. He’s a rare Canadian receiver that makes an impact on special teams. The 27-year-old was selected in the second round, 10th overall in the 2015 CFL draft by Ottawa.
The University of Calgary product had consistent production the last half of 2017 and it seems like he could break out soon.
