You’re kidding, right? He’ll never be heard from again. He’s 28 and still can’t make it in the CFL. He’s done. (New QBs come into the league every year. You know that that means that some have to leave, right?)

At least he’s free to pursue NFL opportunities now.

Don’t follow the rush to anointing DD as back-up material. At some time a back-up needs to do more than hold a clipboard. Don’t wish DD any ill, but he has shown nothing to suggest he is a better bat than a number of the hundreds of QBs coming into pro ball each year.

I went to two training camp days in 2017 and thought he looked OK. I wasn’t at the games he relieved in (TSN), he just didn’t seem comfortable in live fire.
