In discussion with key CFL team Leaders, they want a 10th franchise. However a very strong franchise that will add value to all. So reports like this hurt other cities chances as most think East Coast team franchise is awarded.Nothing has happen to date and won’t for years to come. Now if that upsets you! To bad!
