And further to wewert3's information above here's some more:
-The Als announced 6 assistant coaches this week, three are white and three are black.
-They also signed two FAs this week, Martin Bedard and Mikael Charland, both white. Chartland was first signed by Reed last spring when he was cut by Ottawa.

Dude, you have not shown any discrimination. Most of your examples turned out to be wrong of false in one way or another, and now it also looks like you've been cherry picking even those and you haven't been mentioning all the white personnel he's been signing. You've got a problem my friend. Nothing in this thread shows any impropriety by Reed, but what it has shown is that you've got a problem of some sort. As a sidebar, from the above I assume you are Cookie, but are you also Putin?

CBC reached out to the Alouettes on Friday and they refused to confirm they had released Giguere two weeks prior. In fact, they refused to confirm he had been released period.

The lack of transparency displayed by that organization is destroying their relationship with the local media and fans. When the team leaked out they were after Johnny Football. The 35-year-old center had to go to the media and publicly express, this wasn't a good idea.

No wonder they are all quitting since Reed has become Andrew's whipping boy. From the President to the receptionist! With the entire football ops office in between, minus one: "Eric Deslauriers" who probably can't find a job elsewhere.

Anthony Sarao didn't replace Bear Woods. Dominique Tovell did and was subsequently released later during the season. I don't know what is Sarao's ethnicity is and frankly, I don't care.

Marc-O Brouillette was overpaid at $180,000 in 2016. Als also had to insert Chris Ackie into the lineup somewhere. He ended up playing both linebacker and safety before his season ending injury. In 2017, Ackie was more versatile player than Brouillette who ended up retiring and then coming back as noted.

Ivan McLennan started out as a backup Defensive End. By the season's end, he was no longer on the active roster and currently stated to become a free agent in a few weeks. Declaring McLennan as the starting Defensive End in 2018 is a stretch.

Fera was a midseason replace for Bede in 2016. No way would Montreal release the kicker with the best kickoff average in the CFL for somebody off the scrap heap. In late 2017, Montreal brought in Taylor Russolino when Bede was injured. Russolino sucked and should have been released after his first game.

Sam Giguere was injured in the preseason 2017. His replcement at the start of the year was not George Johnson. Montreal inserted Alex Pierzchalski into the lineup. Johnson was given an opportunity when Pierzchalski did not impress the coaches enough. At the end of training camp, Montreal released Devon Bailey as they chose to keep Pierzchalski instead.

Michael Klassen failed his physical. Finley didn't do much as an Alouette. Jesse Joseph is mainly a Defensive End, not Tackle. Since Montreal generated negligible pass rush last year, they could change the ratio again at DT in 2018. The DT Montreal missed most was Alan Michael Cash who did not dress in 2017 in Toronto.

Crompton was legitimately injured and a nonfactor for a year. He was just taking up space and money.

Jeff Perrett was given a chance to return in 2017 at a reduced salary and change of position as he was arguably the worst Right Tackle in the CFL and making over $200,000 in 2016. He declined the offer, signed with Toronto, realized he was done, and then retired. While Simmons is not great, he was the better than anybody else Montreal could get in 2017.

RFD, did I say anything negative about Ed Hervey or Pinball Clemons or Corey Chamblin or even Richie Hall? No. Just Kavis. The reason is because I think he’s doing a very bad job and discriminatory.
By opening day, the only white player left might be Long snapper Martin Bedard. The reason: I don’t think there are any African American long snappers in the CFL or NFL.
By mid-season, Mr. Consequences will finally get fired and replaced by someone like Jim Barker or Brendan Taman. I hope so because I don’t want the Alouettes to be driven into the ground by this bonehead.

Fair warning? Pretty hard calling someone a racist for pointing out obvious radical changes in the racial makeup of a roster. I've never seen anything like this in pro football, ever. Even Shiver and Barrett had a more balanced roster.

Best of luck to Reed because the survival of that franchise are in his hands.

I didn't call you a racist, but I'll take that comment as a sign of a guilty conscience.

And again your examples don't make sense:
-Chapdelaine was replaced by a white guy.
-The Woods situation has been discussed, but beyond that Saro sure looks white to me youtube.com/watch?v=OK21tKMAe8k
-Brouillette signed with the Riders as a FA, so he left on his own, and then he retired, and then he came back. Indecision aside he's a 30+ vet who wanted to play for a winning team.
-Knapton was traded for Chris Willaims, who is potentially a top tier receiver. This could turn out to be a great trade for Montreal.
-Bede is a Laval grad who had a great first year. It would have been hard to argue with this choice then.
-Johnson is an up and coming young guy who had a better year than the 30+ Giguere
-Shologan has been discussed. Klassen looked very promising for a while, but injuries have all but ended his career. He's now with Calgary where he doesn't play much. Findley has been a career backup. Otoh, Westerman was a high draft pick who started a lot of games for BC. I would say that he underachieved overall, but a new start in Montreal may help him. Joseph is a local kind from Laval, and he's been with Montreal since 2015, so I'm not sure how he replaced any of the players you mentioned. That also predates Reed. Oramasionwu is just a veteran backup who has kicked around.
-Durant is/was a top tier QB in this league with a couple of Grey Cups. Crompton never even established himself as a consistent starter in this league. How on earth can you say that the Alouettes should have kept Crompton over Durant??
-Perrett is retired. The Als let him go because he's done.

So I would say that the quality of your examples debunks your claim. In fact they are so feeble I really have to wonder what your real issue is. Did some black guy beat up your dad? It's clear that you don't have a case, so where is this coming from?

RFD: A clear case of shooting the messenger or supporting freedom of speech... until someone has a different viewpoint than yourself. I’m criticizing racism, so you call me a racist.
If you want examples:
Kavis replacing Jacques Chapdelaine as HC.
Anthony Sarao replacing Bear Woods.
Chris Ackie replacing Marco Brouillette.
Ivan Mckennan replacing Gabe Knapton.
Boris Bede replacing Anthony Fera.
George Johnson replacing Sam Giguere.
Jabar Westerman, Jesse Joseph and Don Oramasionwu replacing Keith Shologan, Michael Klassen and Jeff Finley.
Darian Durant replacing Jonathan Crompton.
Brian Simmons replacing Jeff Perrett.
Of courses that’s just not enough evidence I guess. Just coincidences all I suppose?

First, fair warning that if this starts to become just racism, iow if you stop trying to make any kind of real argument and it becomes clear that you yourself are merely a racist, then I'm just going to drop this.

This is the off season. You can't tell who is replacing whom. White players have been released and black players have been released, and not very many players have been signed to replace them. Both Shologan and Giguere are over 30, on veteran starters contracts, and didn't produce much last year. Giguere had just over 100 yards receiving last year, i fact. The last year he had over 500 yards was 4 years ago. How can you possibly complain about him being cut? Jackson, otoh, is was 1,000 yard receiver two years ago. How can you possibly compare the two? And Plesius is just a solid special teamer. Your comparisons don't make sense. You sound like you're digging.

There is no way to know what is in a man's heart. Who knows if Kavis is a racist or simply has no relationships in the CFL. Facts show that over 20 White players have been let go and in every case save one, they have been replaced by black players...

While Giguere and Shologan have been released, Jackson and Plesius (Who did not start ONE game last season and is making big money) have been retained.

There is no way to know what is in a man’s heart. Who knows if Kavis is a racist or simply has no relationships in the CFL. Facts show that over 20 White players have been let go and in every case save one, they have been replaced by black players…

While Giguere and Shologan have been released, Jackson and Plesius (Who did not start ONE game last season and is making big money) have been retained.
