again the ratio is insulting and unnecessary. This kid needed no special favors to lead Ohio to a bowl win and be congratulated. He can start in CFL with no extra help. Ohio has about a million more in population than Ontario.

Another potential Canadian CFL QB, what’s going on?
Seeing Bridge make it as a legit QB in the league proves that we do NOT need the Canadian RATIO.
These guys are deciding to become QBs even though they know they aren’t getting a break because of the ratio.
Proof that the ratio should be reduced!!
Canadians can compete one on one even at QB

I agree what an ignorant comment from this poster.
A great story about a sophmore from Ontario and he’s complaining because the US story states he’s a native of Ontario, which is actually TRUE.
You are right I have heard more times someone like Rod Black say “the Florida native or Texas native” yet both states have over 10 million people too

Hey Paul – why not praise our Ontario Canada native who is a sophmore and had a great game. Maybe a CFL QB in the future

“A native of Ontario, Canada”, is a pretty vague address. I’m not sure if the Americans reading the article realize that ‘Ontario, Canada’ is 10,000,000 people and is the approx. size of their 13 Confederate States including Texas. But hey, it’s not in America so who cares
