Wally is looking to change the locker room and get the Lions to care. Hervey changed the Eskies team dynamics back to the B.O.N.E. close bond of a brotherhood. It worked and was a key component of the 2015 Grey Cup championship for the Esks.

Wally is going to retire sometime in the not too distant future. The man is 67-years-old after all. Hervey will be running the show in a few years as Wally rides off into the sunset and he is the right guy for the job.

What I do know is that Jones and CO will suffer any loses in personel well, be it players/admin /coaches and recruit /refocus well and put on the field a team that again shows improvement over last year!!! No team in the west really scares the rider fans , we beat each team this year and will do so again next , a goal post not hit and the only division series the Riders didn’t win was against Calgary and Calgary failed to score a touchdown against them in three games played , soooooo NOT a BIG margin of talent currently between us and any other west team , but like all looser other team fans that criticise the riders in your mind you keep dreaming and hoping there is a big difference as you cant stand the Riders being that winner they are !!!!! Not even a week into the off season and Rider fans are allready crappin their droors. Rider fans aren’t as dumb as they let on to be. They fully understand that the Bombers, Esks, and Stamps will field superior teams. What’s left. Another cross over. But hold on, should the Lions a talented team who had an off year last year pick it up a little bit, and guess what, last place finish.
