Redblacks beat NFL’s Buc’s to limbo celebration

The Ottawa Redblacks beat the Buc’s to the limbo punch.

According to ESPN, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers had secretly been working on the same choreographed limbo celebration, but after Diontae Spencer and the Redblacks did it during the East semifinal, the Bucs have kiboshed their plans for it.

“We weren’t happy about that,” tight end Cameron Brate told ESPN’s Jenna Laine “It was really good execution by them. We had been talking about that for a while. We were pretty bummed to see them do it. But they did a great job. I guess they raised the bar a little bit, so we’re going to have to meet that I guess.”

“The O-linemen who don’t normally score can get in there and get some TV time, so it’s cool to see them celebrate and have fun,” Humphries said. “We have to get [a new] one quick. But that’s kind of like saying, ‘Hey, you’ve got a skit to do this week and it’s due on this date.’ So we’ll try to figure something out and have some fun with it.”
