In reply to Boneyard. He can still get 100 catches and 1000 running. But so what? He needs to be ready for the (brief) Bombers postseason. That's all that (should) matter to him.

Well Adam I guess you don’t know anything about Chris Jones. We will play to win………….nothing else. We also feel that we can win through the West and if you believe that teams would throw their last game of the season going into the playoffs you are very very naive.

Adam sad people like you that don’t know much about football would think that way. I think it.s called momentum, you want to go in on a winning note. But the way you talk Edmonton should be a push over, did they not just beat Calgary. I am not sure if you are from Winnipeg but did they just not lose B.C if i was you i would worry about how they are going to lose. You should kiss Jones backside as he gave you Weston, without him you would be like the old bombers not to good, seems to me they were bottom dwellers for years. I think Sask is going to lose on purpose…. why wouldn’t they? They can’t host a home playoff game and the road through the East is wayyyyyyyyyyyy wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy easier…. and it’s Chris Jones…. so I wouldn’t put it past him either.

Man that concussion looked horrible. I truly hope he is ok. But to say he won’t have any concussion symptoms already is a stretch. Look what happened to Roosevelt on the Riders. He sat out the next week. Then the following week when his helmet hit the turf. POOF… Concussion symptoms reappeared. If the Bimbers want to have a chance in the Western Semi. They should rest Harris. The Riders are going to win at home against the EE. So you will get your home playoff game

In all honesty as nice as a home playoff game would be the health of the QB supercedes the chance. I’d rather rest Nichols and take my chances then play him (maybe secure the home date) and run the risk that he’s either hurt long term in that game or goes down easier in the playoffs.

Did Harris make the call or O’Shea? Last year Harris sat in the last game killing his shot at a 1,000 yard season & didn’t look happy about it. Does he think he can hit the double with 1,000 yds receiving & rushing. That’s over. Maybe he’s ready, maybe he’s not but I’m not sure it’s a wise decision. IMO Harris is most effective as a dual threat. Put Davis or Lefevour in there & the question is how often can they get Harris out there in space? Calgary’s a beast vs the run with Micah Johnson & Singleton. If there are some issues about his health (he was holding his arm walking off), this could turn out to be a very bad move.
