C.J. Gable practised at Commonwealth on Wednesday.
#Esks RB C.J. Gable back practising after sitting out last game. Can tell he's still new, wearing red sleeves on a week they play #Stamps.

Gable suffered an undisclosed tweak in practice last week and opted to rest the star runner in Edmonton’s comeback, overtime win against B.C. That’s a sign Gable’s injury isn’t serious. Rookie runner LaDarius Perkins rushed for 46 yards on 14 carries and caught three balls for 26 yards starting for Gable in Week 18.
Since October 2, when Gable made his Eskimos debut after being acquired from Hamilton, the 30-year-old has run for 215 yards and two touchdowns on 37 carries while adding 41 receiving yards and one touchdown. Edmonton was 2-0 in those games.
